Customer Growth Analyst EMEA at Rocket Lab

We are looking for a Customer Growth Analyst who is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving measurable growth across the customer lifecycle.
This role is offered as a temporary substitution contract ("contrato de interinidad") to cover a maternity leave, in line with Spanish employment regulations. The contract will remain active until the substituted employee returns to their position (expected duration: approximately 4-6 months).

As a Customer Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Client Management

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
• Lead meetings to review performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and promptly resolving concerns.

Retention, Upselling & Renewals

• Develop and implement proactive retention strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
• Identify upselling opportunities and execute renewal plans, aligning budgets with clients for upcoming months.

Strategy & Market Research

• Stay on top of digital marketing and mobile app trends to inform strategic planning.
• Conduct market research to bring clients industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on user retention and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and address client concerns quickly.
• Work with Sales to align acquisition strategies and with Operations to review KPIs.

Competencies needed:

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management positions
• At least 1 year of experience in the Mobile Advertising industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently but also to collaborate and participate as a team player
• Fluent in English is a must
